• Investigating the safety of polymyxins on human neutrophils and macrophages immune cells.
• Testing the innate immune system response in a zebrafish model against resistant bacteria and the impact of polymyxins and their synergistic combinations immunomodulatory effect on this response.
• Examining modifications in the antibacterial activity of polymyxins co-cultured with resistant superbugs- infected human neutrophils and macrophages immune cells.
