Research Activities

I am a HFSP research fellow at the WEHI, where I am applying super-resolution imaging methods and proteomics to study the host-pathogen interactions driven by mycobacterium tuberculosis.

My previous post-doc with Jake Baum at Imperial has been used to apply high-resolution, high-throughput imaging and machine learning analysis to the malaria life-cycle.
