Currently focused on Legionella genomics, assessing both the virulence and evolution of L. pneumophila and other Legionella strains.

Techniques/Expertise

Second generation sequencing data analysis; Genome assembly and validation; Resequencing; Comparative genomics; Bioinformatic software and pipeline development, in particular for increased automation, reliability and reproducibility
