Immune responses to infection using HSV-1, LCMV, Malaria, Vaccinia virus and Influenza virus.
CD8+ and CD4+ T cell responses; T cell priming by dendritic cells (DC) in vivo;
tissue-resident memory T cells;
Skin immunity;
Analysis of lymphoid stromal cell responses to infection: fibroblastic reticular cells (FRC), lymphatic and vascular endothelial cells;
in vivo multi-photon imaging of immune responses;
Analysis of cell migration in vivo;
Neuro-immune influence on T cell responses; sympathetic nervous system.
